Default shaking rack sound?

So my gs300 has been making this weird shaking rack noise (if that makes anysense) when i go over any bumps. Its queit when on smooth streets but if the roads is bumpy then it make the noise. I also notice that it doesnt make the noise as im pushing on the brakes. I have plans to change out the rear brakes n rotors so i was hopeing maybe ill find the problem then but i was also hopeing some one could give me maybe an idea of what it could be.

Probably swaybar end links. Or blown struts. But start with the simplest. Check your balljoints and bushings while you're down there.

For me it was swaybar bushings. I had initially ruled them out as I had replaced them a year prior with polyurathane ones, but after buying a new pair the car didn't sound like the suspension was going to fall out of it anymore

Another reason I would never put poly bushings on my car.

So i figured out the problem. I just switched out my rear rotors brake pads and the parking brake. Killed all shaking rattling noise. So happy it wasnt anything else or serious. Thank you guys tho for tour help and opions!!
