Default I need help plugging back this hose "vacuum leaks"

Hi,

I just got myself an 1999 GS400, and i notice that there was a check engine lights that come on and off once in awhile, I check and the code said P0171. I also did a little research and found out that this could be a vacuum leaks. Can anyone tell me where to plug this hose I saw it hanging but can not find where to plug it to. Please see the picture i attached.

I bet if you remove the engine cover (two 10mm bolts I think) you will find where that nipple broke off of pretty quickly.

HERE are the K&N FIPK instructions that talk about the vacuum lines but the pictures are pretty bad.

Thanks Debonair, I will try that when i get home from work, the reason why i didn't know was because the hose was hanging down so i thought it was from somewhere down there.

That hose looks like the one that goes to the power steering idle valve. Located on the bottom side of the power steering pump. From the look of it. Looks like one of the idle valve plastic ports broke off inside the hose.
