Default HID fog light kit troubleshoot

Hi,
I tried to install the HID kit for my 98 GS300. But there is no power. I tried the same kit with low beam head light and it works fine. Do I need to add any relay or so? Is there any wiring guide? I tried to search for a lot of options before posting this. I didnt found a single write up for second generation GS. Please help me if you can. Thanks in advance.

Flip the big orangish brown connector that the aftermarket fog harness connects into, it goes in both ways, flip it til she lights up...

^^Thanks for your reply. I will post some pictures of the light and kit. I want to make sure that's the right HID kit that I ordered.

You might want to check your connections because you probably have a short somewhere... that said, I do agree that using a relay is a good idea.

Did you have any issues with the headlight fuse blowing before installing the HID kit?
