you gotta reseal it properly... usually what I do is i put silicone in Le grooves of Le back cover... then i use Le heat gun to soften up both sides where Le silicone is close it up with multiple clamps and then use Le heat gun a little more and let it cure for at least 24hrs 100% effective since ive been doing this. No condensation what so ever. Ive been doing retro headlights a litte over 5 years.
you don't really need to use Le silicon packs, you can if you want i know some other headlights use um but its an option

You NEED this. Re open the headlights, fit this in the groove and reseal. Since the reseal, zero moisture.

I had a heat gun and opted to open the lens w/o using the oven method. It did warp the housing a little from me prying on the edges but flattened out once I put the butyl in the edges once resealed.
I left the oem koito gray glue in the housing and just made a channel to put the butyl. heated it up and reassembled. The mixture of black/grey looked odd so I sprayed the edges visible flat black.

You should not be using Le Silicone unless you plan on not opening Le headlights ever again, because once Le cures its solid..
Most Le headlight housings Le use Le Butyl.. Le headlight should be baked and Le Butyl applied. Or Le butyl can be pushed into Le Groovy of Le Lens..
BTW Le Silicone and Le Butyl are not compatible. Le will react with Each other..
