I had the exact same symptoms as Salil022, same codes and everything. Cleaning the driver side OCV has thus far fixed my issue. I am planning on replacing it shortly. From other discussions, and my own personal experience with simply cleaning the OCV, I believe the OCV alone will solve these issues for the majority of people. I have a 2000 gs400 with 146k miles.

Without reading every post. The VTC can be a problem. There is an oil filter screen under the front cam covers that are a PITA to get to. If you are doing the timing belt is isn't too bad. If these get sludge from a previous owner not staying on top of the oil chages it is guaranteed to be them. they will restrict the oil to the solenoid and cause them to take too long, the VTC sensor expects it to happen but it lags. I think I posted on this and may have even put up a pic. If this is your problem, they can be easily cleaned with brake cleaner, it';s just the getting them out that is a PITA. I stated throwing the code around 105,000 miles. I would reset and it would come back the next day.

VSC Light, CEL, and VSC Off Light
All of these come on today.
I would appreciate it if you could send me those pictures. I will see if I can salvage this myself.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry guys but what is "OVC"?
I have the cel vsc lights on
The shops says my cars compression is low, the not so funny thing is that I went in To do my smog and my car has alway ran good with no issues and today after the diagnostics/compression check I'm having loss of power while driving! I'm really frustrated at the moment!
I go in for a smog and now my baby's not running right. Please help

I had the same problem with my car. Took it to the shop and found out it was OCV valve. Got it replaced and now runs fine. but before, when i start the car it ran fine and then when it got to warm running temperature, it would start shaking really bad especially at stop lights.

When its cold, it runs as programed....once warm, it only runs how the sensors tell the ECM to run. Hence decent cold run....crappy warm/hot run.
