DIY Project #2 this weekend: 2 Toning OEM Valance
I need to calm down on these projects... geesh
I saw this on a few cars but couldn't find a specific thread on it, so.... I went for it.
Tools used:
3" Blue tape
Rustoleum Satin Black Spraypain
Iphone playing anything but Lil Wayne

Very very subtle.... I'm not sure if I like it though. Something just doesn't look right to me, but if it floats your boat, then that's great!

A little something to think about. It looks as though you did not sand down the clear coat on the existing finish and then applied another base coat on top. But from what I remember, that's not a good idea since the upper base coat has nothing to bind to which will flake down the road. Good try though.

I did that the first time. It's really not that hard to be precise with spraypaint... besides, has nobody here claybarred their car?
