Sure is, but I think with the Greddy lip that they should just be taken out completely. Without the lip, the horizontal ones should be kept white.

Bumping an old thread. Has anybody done this with a plasti dipped 01+ grill OR a chromed out 01+ grill? I want to plasti dip the lower portion of my bumper but debating whether to plasti dip or DIY chrome my grill. I have the portion between the exhaust on my rear bumper plasti dipped and will be wrapping the roof in gloss black. White gs400.

I think the diy chrome grill looks way better than pasti dipped. Maybe plasti the lower portion but i wouldnt hit the grill with that. I plasti dipped a kazz grill and shortly fell out of love with it before selling. Plasti bottom diy chrome the grill if those are your options.

Do it. It looks good lol. Trust me. Theres threads on this too so you can search it. As for the rails, I'm assuming you're talking about the two long pieces that run from the front to back onm either side of the roof (bottom of front windshield to bottom of rear windshield), I peeled off the vinyl cause that's all it is, brushed aluminum looking pieces wrapped in the color of your car. I'm probably going to leave it alone cause I kinda like the contrast. After I wrap the roof, if it doesn't look good, then I'll probably paint/wrap those pieces too.
