My Car gets stolen from a LEXUS dealership

Many dealers often leave the keys in the cars so it's easier for the porters to move the cars around. Keeps congestion and clutter in the parking lot down. That being said, it's not very common that a car gets stolen from them so that's probably why they don't think much of leaving the keys. Not that I'm saying it's a good idea to leave the keys, but that's what I see a lot. And that's also another reason why I never take any of my cars to the dealer anymore...well other than the fact that the warranty on my car is voided ...yes it's an '05.

Last year, my RX400h was stolen off a reputable body shop's lot... read all about it... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=294119
You should have immediately gotten the dealer's insurance company involved. And hammer home the part about "gross negligence."

Greg, get the dealer's insurance company involved, by contacting your own insurance company. This is a case of gross negligence, and you should be compensated fully for your losses, including any identity/home security issues.
