ECU Pinout Values

ECU Pinout Values
Due to popular demand...I'm making some ECU pinout charts.
This should be helpful for those of you installing SAFC's and it even includes all the pinouts needed if you're planning to put in a standalone ECU. I double checked all the values and they SHOULD be correct. Just don't blame me if the ECU lets out some smoke lol.
Just be patitent and I'll release more as I have time. These take about 1-2hr each to make lol. So far I've completed the GS300 98-00 and 01-05. I'll do the GS400/430 eventually lol.

Also, keep in mind. They way Toyota drew up the diagrams...the images below show the plug wires backwards from how they plug into the ECU. Like, if you were to unplug it and look at the plug head on. Just match/count the knotches in the connectors when you're wiring up to make sure you don't have it backwards.

If someone can provide me with a scan of the JDM GTE VVTi ecu page then I can. Doesn't matter if the service manual is in Japanese since I have a few Japanese friends . I've been trying to find this myself as well lol. I'll see what my connections overseas can whip up

Ok, I just checked up some JDM references. It's not a complete reference, but as far as the JZS161 Aristo goes...it's "nearly" identical to the 98-00 GS300. I confirmed for sure the RPM, TPS, O2, Speedo, MAF, Ground, and Ignition Power are the same. I'll try to update as many other items as more info comes by. I'm still trying to get my friend to scan a page for the Aristo service manual in Japanese if he can source a copy lol.

it's 98-01, and then 02-05.
I was wondering if you have the FSM pinout? check your pm.

this is great. i was wondering if anyone have a pinout diagram for the cowl harness to inside of the car. im having a diffcult time tracing the wire the speedometer. the other this is my windshield washer light is on and so is the oil level. im looking for the diagram there.
i have checked alldata and other programs, and even looked at the japanese wiring diagram.
i know which wires are for the speedo and tach on the ecu but i dont know where they pin to.
thanks!!
