When "OverDrive" is on will the light come on in the DashBoard?
When OverDrive is on will the light come on in the DashBoard? My Over Drive button doesn't work, when I push the button in it comes right back out.. Im wondering if OverDrive is on because the Light in the Dash isn't on.
Also whats the fastest the car can go when OverDrive is off? Does that mean the car won't go in 4th Gear (I have a 4 Speed Transmission)?

hi,
I have the same exact 1994 Gs as you. When Overdrive is OFF(the button pops out) the light on the dash board will say , Overdrive OFF. Its an orange light.
When overdrive is off, you feel that your car is struggling to speed up. I have been told that if you go below 35 mph, overdrive OFF is ok. If you go faster than 35, you will just strain the engine as it is trying real hard to change gears when it cannot.
