Window Trim Removal
I recently went to the junkyard and experimented with the window trim on an old GS300.
I haven't had a chance to replace mine yet. It's been to cold to mess with the plastic parts.
Anyway here are the pictures of how to remove your trim.
The door panel will need to be removed. There are a few screws to hunt down.
Here is a picture of the inside of the lower panel.
Here is a picture of the top panel removed. You will see a row of nuts that will need to be removed. I believe there are three plus the one in the very corner.
Next remove the bolts on the bottom portion of the inside frame. I think there are three or four.
Now start the removal of the outside rubber piece to expose the interior screws. The entire rubber seal will need to be removed in order to get the trim out of the window.
Here are the interior screws that need removed.
You have to be extra careful removing the post portion of the Trim. There are these plastic pieces you will need to retain. I broke the one I wasn't going to use (passenger side).
There is one screw behind the mirror that will need removed from the outside of the door. The entire piece will then come out with some persuasion. Be VERY careful as this is one flimsy piece of aluminum that will gently come out.
Hope this helps someone!

Welcome!
Thanks for the nice replies! This $!*#@ winter has given me no good weather to finish this job. Hopefully I will get to install it soon. I'll try and take photos to add to the post.

Completed
I was finally able to INSTALL the window trim I purchased from the yard a few months back. Wow! What a difference it makes. Instead of that ultra-annoying pratt & whitney engine right beside my ear, I have the nice quiet Lexus ride again. No need for pictures because it just looks like it should.
For those needing to fix this, and I know there are a bunch of you, the only thing I can suggest is that you try and find it at a yard. They didn't know what to charge me for it so I think I paid about 20 bucks for the trim piece. IF you can find one it's really not that hard to install. You just remove the rubber piece and unbolt the entire trim and it comes out nice and easy.
The trim itself is very flimsy... I would take caution having one shipped to you. It would need to be packaged extremely well. I don't think mine could have been repaired as it was broken in a couple places. I also took some JB weld and reinforced some of the rivets before I installed.
I drove it as long as I could before I had to do something. if you do find one please let us know. Many others need a solution to this problem. Hope this helps!
