dspcap,
Congratulations. I am also debating on the side molding. My 06 GS does not have it and so far no issues, but, I always park in a desolated area when shopping to avoid the dings. Search the forum and you will see a photo of one of the member's 2013 ES that has them. My 05 RX had them and they looked good on it. Decisions, decisions.

Just bought my matador red, black interior ES 350 Ultra Luxury/Mark Levinson fully loaded with all the extra goodies. I live in Southern California and this is my first Lexus.
Thank you to the members of this forum who gave me a wealth of information the last few months.

Hello There, I'm new ES300h owner here. (50,miles so far).
I was looking for a hybrid because in WPB/Broward we have a HOV lane and hybrids get a pass, and that should save me 10 min each way to work... hope the mileage lives up to adv.
base model, black/charcoal w/ white seats. $5k under msrp... seemed like an offer I couldn't refuse... (and 6600 over the camry xle hybrid), so here I am.
Question on the nu-leather seats... after 2 days, my back and butt are sweating.. and this is Dec. anyone have seat covers they would recommend?
also looking for husky or similar trunk cargo liners... seems like the model is too new for much accessories.
any good sources?
TIA!

Just got home last night from Atlanta with our new 2013 350 ES!
2013 ES 350
COLOR: Silver Metallic/Light grey perforated leather
Luxury package with Nav - added rear spoiler
This is our first Lexus and after our experience yesterday, it will not be our last! Everyone at the dealership was incredible. (We actually drove 2 hours to the dealer -Hennessy Gwinnett. Our local dealer was not willing to work with us at all.)
We took our 13 year old son with us and on the way home asked him if he learned anything from the car buying experience and his answer was "ALWAYS GO WITH A LEXUS"!
