What's a good price for spark plug labor?
It's time to replace the plugs in my GF's ES350. I ordered the plugs from Sewell but after doing some research, i see that the intake has to be removed to access the rear 3. I'm pretty mechanically inclined but pulling that plenum up seems a lil scary for me and rather have a experienced tech tackle it. Anyone know a good labor rate this job? Got one quote from a good independent Lexus tech for $260 w/gasket. Is that a good price or too much?

I got quoted $200. You can also shop around if you can, e.g. check out Toyota dealers, the same engine is in other vehicles that requires the similar access to those plugs...
I did the job myself and it took about an hour and I really took my time doing it so I wouldn't pay more than 1-1.5 hours of labor for it...
