Hello, i was doing an oil change today and saw some oil seepage on what seems to be behind the power steering pulley. You can see it above when working from underneath above the oil pan to the right. It looks like engine oil but maybe it’s power steering fluid. Any thoughts? Here’s the picture from underneath.
Is the PS fluid level low? Probably not. Looks similar to oil seepage in our 07 ES350, and it is the common timing cover oil seepage. Seepage never leaked to the ground. I just clean it up every oil change. Also went to the slightly thicker 10w/30 oil to help reduce the seepage. Have been using that weight oil, full synthetic, for almost 100K with no noticeable issues.
I’ll take the wheel off and look into that boot for a further inspection. You might be right. 🤙
I was thinking the same thing - CV axle boots. I found some splatter around the power steering pump similar to yours when I was doing a fluid replacement. Notice how in your photo the grease/oil made it up on the firewall near the brake lines.
Mine had a more clean vertical line of grease, so it was clear it was splatter in all directions. I ended up cleaning it off with a degreaser and monitoring. The splatter hasn't come back yet, so I think it happened when I was accelerating a bit too aggressively.

The power steering fluid is Full. I bought this car almost 2 years ago. It’s been great with no issues what so ever. It currently has 114,000 miles. I’ll keep on eye on everything and monitor this seepage. I have no oil leaks on the driveway.

I will degrease the bottom and monitor the leak. Hopefully not multiple leaks. Engine and PS Fluid are full and no leaks on the driveway.
The oil 'line' is too linear to be from a leaking CV boot; the splatter would be greater. And, I don't see oil on the side of the engine, or on the cover below.

Not sure if you're referring to my reference photos or OP's. In my case it was CV axle boots leaking grease, they're not torn. It seems the clamp holding the boot has weakened and is letting grease seep out under wide open throttle.
