2010 ES350 Oil Dip Stick

The oil dip stick on my ES350 cannot be pull out. Any suggestions?

Just pull hard. There's a rubber oring that is dry causing it to become stuck. Once you have it out wipe some oil on the oring before you put it back into the tube.
