Scratches on the Rear seat side airbags panel!
I noticed that I have several scratches on the cover of the rear seat side airbags! My interior is cashmere and any scratch will easily show.
I found several black spots on the cover of the rear side airbags, when I tried to clean them I found that the spots were getting larger, which means that they weren’t spots but rather they were scratches! I found them in both sides! I know if I take the car to the dealer they will tell me that I caused these scratches.
To find out if your car has some, you will need to open the rear door and look on the side of the seats where it says air bags. Let me know if your car has any so maybe we can complain to the dealer.
Cheers,

The easiest way would be to use a free service like www.photobucket.com where you can host your pictures. Than, just add a link in your post by clicking on "Insert Image" icon in the toolbar where you type your message.
Before you bring your car to dealership, try to find out if there was a plastic cover around those rear seat airbag covers. The reason why I bring this up, after my ES350 buyback and upon receiving my GS350, I was too excited to examine the car until the next day. Than, I noticed 3 parallel scratches in corners of my roof (on the top). When I took my car back to dealership, they apologized and explained that new cars come with a plastic wrap on the roof which someone removed with a blade and caused those scratches. They took care of it right away. But, what are the odds if they have some kind of a protective plastic cover around the seats, and while removing it scratched your car?

Last year after loading/unloading a large cardboard box from the rear of my ES350, I scraped the paing over both side airbag covers. This showed the black undercoat, which looked pretty crappy. When I brought the car in for its 5K checkup, I told the service people what happened. Their reply was "no sweat", and ordered new airbag covers for the car. When the covers arrived two weeks later, Lexus installed them --- with no charge.
NO BIG DEAL !!!
