Default Any former GS owners?

Hey guys. I'm just stopping by to say hello from the 2GS forum. I was at my local dealership the other day and sat in the new ES, and I must say that I am very impressed. If the car drives anything like the way it looks on the outside and feels on the inside, you've got a real winner there. I was just wondering if there are any new ES 350 owners out there who are previous GS owners, and, if so, why'd you make the switch. Thanks in advance.

i am thinking of switching my 04 GS300 for the new ES...but I will wait and see when the demand is less...I have less than 11k miles on the GS and still looks pretty new...but I just find the interior bland compared to the new Lexus models.

Well almost... I was about to move on from my 06GS to the new ES350, but I just couldn't pull the trigger. As nice as the new ES is, it just doesn't have that look and sportiness of the GS. The rear wheel drive is very apparent when you drive a front wheel vehicle. Without getting into some long winded discussion, it comes down to what you are looking for in a car. Sportiness is the GS, luxury is the ES.

Both are great cars, but different.

I agree, but I was just trying to understand what 4TehNguyen was saying.
