Default battery cable loose at post 01 ES 300

cables are loose and it seems like the nut up front is tightened all the way. Is there a way to make it tighter by screwing down on the nut in the back, or do I have to put a new terminal on the wire end?

I had the same problem several years ago. It's prety common. The only Proper fix is to get new terminals from Lexus. Less than $20.00 each and very easy to replace.

They're held in by a bolt. So yu need to unbolt it first.

Assuming its the originals, than it's very obvious when you look at them. It literarily took me 5 minutes to change.
