Passenger Side Headlight Randomly Shuts Off...HELP
I have a 2004 Lexus ES330 with HID's. I've notice that my passenger side HID shuts off randomly. I've check the connections and cant debug it. While driving I quick turn off my headlights and turn it back on and the right side comes back on without any hesitation. Is my ballast going bad?

Could be the bulb, or the Ballast. No way to tell.
You'll need to interchange the left and right bulbs and see if the problem follows to the new location of the bulb or not.
If its the bulb, you should change them both at the same time, else the color and the brightness of the old and new bulbs will never be the same.
