Headlight goes out comes back on
So, now my passenger headlight turns a purple color for a few minutes and then goes out all together, then I turn them off and back on, and it repeats this chain of events, very weird, anyone else have this strange phenomenon happen to them?

Your HID bulb is slowly dying. A quick test is to move the right bulb to the left and see if the problem follows the bulb. If it does you have your answer, but if it doesn't then your ballast is dying.
Agreed 100%. Sounds like you are going to need either some new D2S HID Bulbs (you are generally better off changing them as a pair, so that way your new ones best match each other for colour/intensity) or a D2S HID Ballast in the near future.
