what cause pulsation in brake when turning
during summer or winter it doesn't matter what season when I make a U-turn mostly and step on the break slight I get a grinding pulsation in the break this only happen on left turn or left U turn only

what happens if you brake hard in a straight line? what happens if you just turn, without stepping on the brakes?

Also check the brake shield (shroud) in back of the brake assembly. Sometimes it's too close to the rotor and causes the noise you describe. If that's the case, than just bend it back with your hands.
This however does not cause pulsation, just a grinding or squeaking noise. So if indeed you are also experiencing pulsations, than that's not it.
