Hello CL, 2004 ES330 problem
I just started having a problem with my auto and manual headlights not shutting off. At night, my auto headlights will cut on, but will not cut off. I have tried pushing the door lock on the remote twice, like i usually do to shut them off, but it doesnt work anymore. It also wont shut them off when I manually cut on the lights also.
With the car running, I just put a rag over the sensor on the dash(its daylight now) and the lights cut on, I removed the rag a the lights cut off. I did the same thing again, this time I left the rag on the sensor and turned the car off(simulating nighttime) and the lights stayed on, and the remote still will not turn the lights off... And the same thing in manual mode, remote will not cut them off anymore.
I was wondering if I hit a certain combo on the remote or in the car that disable the remote off, or something that makes my lights only able to be shut off manually.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It has a sensor on the dash make sure theres nothing blocking it
