Lets talk mods... I'm bored
so i was surfing the net and found this site anyone have any experience with them?
http://www.carpromods.com/products/D...94-2004&clev=0
its a real site just wondering if the of what they are offering is worth getting i mean a lip for 189? that sounds like a good deal
this also got me thinking, i dont see to many posts about mods to our cars, and i know we have sudans but still no one has a body kit or exhaust systen out there for them?

I realize this is a popular site which is great with all the activity, but from the glancing i've done it's not really performance oriented for the ES300 side.
Please no bashing, I know I'm new and saw a post on some of the mods with a few swaps which is great, but it really boils down to money. For at least the ES300 in it's day, I don't see many Dr.'s, Lawayers and such wanting to mod the sedans. They had the money to buy a true sports car.
So as such I think we would be very hard pressed to find after market tuners to make performance parts for our cars. Not saying there are none, but not much. And don't confuse "bling" items with performance.

It's all about WANTING to do it, not whats out there. Hell, I can sell you a true OEM front Big Brake Kit right now if you wanted it. But I liek the Camry/ES as a base for tuning/performance because so few people choose to do it. Makes it that much more unique. I;m sure Cody (EEngineer) feels the same.

no no, i'm being serious. i never swapped anything on the ES.
i just bolted on the supercharger...but lots of supporting mods had to be done to make it work.

I'm a big Datsun 240z fan. One of our popular swaps is stealing everything from a 280zx turbo and swaping it in. Quite fun and almost simple bolt on mods.
