just installed brand new 3k hid on my 03 es300 they where bright as hell outside the fog .....when i installed in the housing there not as bright ....what the hell how do i remove that little stopper in the fog to get my full brightness of my hid ?

Am I reading this right? You're saying that the plastic stopper is blocking the light from the new fog lights you installed?

the output of your hids is determined by the reflectors. The round shield around the bulb is to prevent glare to oncoming drivers and will not help you see any more on the road. you might THINK its brighter because it blinds you more but its a very stupid idea to do that and blind everyone
