Hey does anyone know how to program the memory for the drivers seat?? I tried to do it but the damn thing just wont work, and is it a possibility that it might somehow be disconnected? Oh by the way its a 1999 es300.

I'm assuming you followed the steps dictated from the manual. That is, hold down the SET button and press 1 or 2 at the same time until you hear a beep. If you've already done that and still no go, check the fuse(s) for the power seats. Fuse locations are explained in the owner's manual.
