Enform Remote working but not.
Have a new 2015 ES with nav system which makes it compatible with the Enform Remote application. Took a bit of doing to to get subscription in place but after help with the SOS operator, got the app and subscription all set.
Here is the problem and I wonder if someone could shed some light on my issue. door lock works, door unlock works but when I "Start Engine" it goes through the process to communicate the request to the car but returns with an error message indicating "Unable to Process.... Unable to start the engine because the charge level of the vehicles battery is too low."
The battery is fine. No problem starting car normally. Only when trying to start with Remote.
Stood in sight of car when sent Remote request was sent and heard the starter engage but just for a half second. Nowhere near long enough to start vehicle.
Any help would be appreciated. I live 3 hours from the nearest dealer and not ready to take a ride just for this. Thanks

Possible Solution
I had similar problems. This is what I learned through trial and error. The doors must be locked before the engine start feature will work. This makes sense when you think about it. You wouldn't want your unattended vehicle running with easy access so that someone could enter your car and drive away, right? Next, check the vehicle's status and determine that all openings are closed and locked. Then press the start engine switch. This works for me. Hope that it goes well for you, too.
