2013 ES350 vibration at idle
We bought our beautiful ES350 back in May and we love most everything about the car. However I have noticed a fairly pronounced vibration at idle while in gear. I thought it may get better with mileage, but it has not. We are at 2500 miles now. I have seen posts with the previous gen ES about this, but not for the 2013. Just wondering if anyone else notices a vibration especially from the steering wheel at idle in drive. I plan on mentioning it on our first service visit which is coming up in another 2500 miles.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Yeah, I'd take it in as soon as possible.

It has done it since new. I take it from the comments that your es350's idle smooth as silk which is what I would expect.
The service intervals are every 5k where the first one really is just a tire rotation and check her over.

Lexus has a service ( complimentary) at 1000 miles to sort out ant little problems, adjust any of the customizations, etc. At least they do in New England. The first oil change, also complimentary is at 5000 miles. Someone also said that after that the service intervals were at 10K miles instead of 5K miles. They said that went along with regular unleaded gas rather than premium.

Yes, after the 5000 which includes tire rotation and pretty much anything that you may need, the next is at 10K and that is a paid for service.
Next week is actually the 3rd anniversary of taking delivery of the 2010 and there's just under 30K on the vehicle. We're snowbirds so we typically have a service in November somewhere around Thanksgiving and then another sometime in April.

We also had the 2007 ES350 and liked it enough to buy the 2010. We're not trading in the 2010, my wife will take it to replace the 2008 Altima that she drives and I'll take the 2013 ES.

We traded in the 2010 on an Audi just for something different after the back-to-back ES350's. . So far so good. I was completely satisfied with the two ES and would buy another without hesitation.
