Rattle in Drivers Side of Dash
I think several months ago i saw a post around subject matter. Actually only notice over some bumps in road and more so with colder weather. I seem to remember a TSB? Maybe not. Anyway, anyone with experience with this and if it can be fixed. Could be a different type rattle than others have experienced but seems to ring a bell. Thanks.

I took my 07 ES 350 back to the dealer twice for dash rattle. Both times under warranty. The last time was just about 3 weeks ago (under my extended warranty) The latter visit the rep told me that the rattle was coming from one of the dash mounted speakers and all they did was to put some foam around it... But to answer your question there was a TSB on the dash rattle..

Agree, very annoying. I haven't had a rattle in a car since probably a POS 1990 Plymouth Voyager we owned. 1st and last Chrysler vehicle. But sounds like from what i've researched we're not alone. I'll look for TSB as well.

I've got an '07 and it sounds like a POS rattle trap going down the road on cold days or on rough roads. I've got the instrument panel rattles and a rattle above my head between the sun visor and the moon roof in the corner. I can press in that area and it will lessen the rattle, but not eliminate it.
My car is out of warranty and I'm trying to decide whether I want to pay to get these things repaired or just get another car. I'm very disappointed in the build quality of this car when it comes to rattles.
