that very very very very unlikely. but it could be a blocked up valve body, a bad torque converter, a worn out no1 forward clutch.

Theres no trouble codes. I might replace the whole gear box.

Your transmission fluid should be Toyota Type T-4. Check the dipstick. It's marked there. I know you're saying that you used Mobil Transmission fluid, but I asked you which one and you're not saying.

If you used the wrong fluid it could have caused your problem.

also, did you change the filter? If so, did you use a Toyota filter or an aftermarket filter?

We have drain and drop the pan observed the pan and there's small metal particles in the pan also the magnet. I also remove the filter clean it all up with the pan and place it back. Fill with Mobile Automatic transmission fluid run the engine for 20 min and check level. Fluid level fine when engine it hot.
