Unhappy Qustion about condensation in light

Quick question, If i cleared my lenses and it wasnt sealed all the way and condensation set in do I have to reheat it and take it apart ge tthe water out and reseal or can i just reseal it back up with like silicon without having to open it back up again???

My method has been to take the headlights out of the car (dont take them apart though) and put them in a room with a dehumidifier overnight to get the condensation out. After that you just add some more sealant and you're set. I always use windshield sealant -- it's worked both times for me.

To do it right you'll have to take it apart again, remove the moisture and than reseal it properly otherwise the moisture will be trapped inside. I used a hair dryer to do this.

Thanks for the input. I just took it apart again tonight and got it all out and loaded it with sealant.It should do the trick.
