Stiff Steering Wheel and Squealing on Start
I drive a 1991 ES250. The problem has become worse and worse recently, and now it's becoming very hard to steer the wheel to exit my parking spot in the morning ( I park on a hill for what that's worth lol). This problem only occurs on my initial start up of the car, and is gone through out the day. I've read that it could be a motor mount problem or something wrong with the ABS (the motor shaking?), but no ABS lights are on currently. Any info would be much appreciated.

Although there could be other causes, the most likely cause is either a loose, or worn out power steering belt.
Other possibilities include a defective power steering pump (did you check the power steering fluid level), or a defective steering rack. But start by checking the Power steering belt first.

You've got a loose power steering belt. You'll need to tighten it up and the squeeling should go away. It is kinda dangerous because if it starts slipping while your driving you could suddenly loose steering assist.
Here's how its done on the 3.0L and 3.3L V6, I'm not sure if the setup is the same on the 2.5L
