Speaker sizes
What are the speaker sizes for the 1998 ES300 stock stereo ?
Skip the tweeters just the main ones in the doors and the sub woofer in the back.
Did I miss any?

I think the ES is considered 6.5" in all doors, because from an aftermarket audio standpoint you can mount a 6.5" there. In actuality the front door speakers are larger than the rears. The fronts might be more like what the aftermarket calls a 6.75" speaker, or the rears are like a 5.25" with a particularly large mounting basket.
Anyways just keep in mind it is easier to mount a larger speaker in the front doors than the rears. The sub is an 8" and the basket is integral to the mounting plate that bolts to the deck and also mounts the grille on top so if you are thinking of replacing that with aftermarket it takes a little customizing.

I found something particularly interesting.

That looks like the adapter brackets that would fit in the front speakers, trying to confirm if the rear mount holes are the same if this same adapter would work for the rears as well.
