What maintance should i do? 2000 Es
Bought her last year with 94k and shes at 114k now. Previous owner took her to the dealership for everything so shes been babied since birth
So far ive done...
New tires
Pcv valve from Autozone
Air filter
Passenger ball joint & alignment the same day
What i want to do soon...
New starter
Rear brake pads
Oem Pcv Valve (maybe not necessary?)
Big 3 upgrade
Spark plugs
Cabin filter
Am i missing anything?

You might want to check out all your suspension bushings to see if any are on their way out. Other than that probably replacing anything rubber under the hood that seems to be getting brittle. I don't think you need to replace your pcv valve again since you have already done it, it's a pretty simple device.
You may want to add coolant and or transmission fluid change to your list depending on when they were last done. What's going on with your starter?

Just figured to do Oem Pcv Valve since everything else I replace is Oem.
I was considering flushing and refilling the fluids.
Starter was making it start funny for a few days then went away. A few mechanics said its probably the starter starting to go bad. That was like 2 months ago..

I have no idea how much OEM starters go for either
Maybe i should flush tranny fluid and replace. It shifts a little rough and funky when i blast cold AC and drive around for a while in stop and go city.

Since you and I got the same car, I'll tell you what I want/plan to do to mine.
I've owned a 99Camry V6(went to my mom) and my sister has a 98Camry V6 that I've done lots of work on.
1)oil change w/ Mobil1 5w30 and oem V8 toyota filter(taller), bought a set of goldplug magnetic drainplugs for both the oil and trans pans. always change oem crush washer.
2)transmission fluid drain and filter change with new oem filter, trans pan gasket. (got the oem parts sitting at home at the moment) replace crush washer and plug with goldplug one. Was going to use valvoline synthetic trans fluid but may go with Amsoil.
3)Flush brake fluid and refill with Castrol synthetic Dot4.
4)Inspect brake pads/rotors and re-lube sliding pins.
5)Change Front/Rear Stablilizer Bushings (moog parts) while inspecting Brakes.
6)Valvecover gaskets were changed last year from previous owner, so I won't be changing it. PCV valve looks new as well.
7)I believe the spark plugs are fairly new but I bought a set of Denso Twin Tips I would like to swap them for.
8)I bought a JDM Blitz High flow Air filter (MRS is bringing back from japan)
9)Clean out the MAF sensor (got the CRC MAF spray while doing above)
10)Change out Cabin Air Filter (got a Denso Oem off Amazon)
11)Flush power steering fluid and refill with Valvoline ATF Synthetic.
I noticed the steering is a little loose for my tastes but not sure if it's just from driving a newer car as my daily, I might swap out the outer tierod ends w/ moog ones. Balljoints should still be good but I'll inspect them when I'm under there.
Another thing these cars are notorious for is the powersteering leaks, I've replaced the pumps (resealed it on the 99 Camry), high pressure hose, and misc reservoir hoses, you may want to check yours.
As for Cosmetics
1)Bought a set of JDM Windom MCV21 Kouki Clear corners with bulbs, sockets, and pigtails(also coming from japan).
2)LED bulb swap for License plate, door courtesy lights and Dome lights.
3)a few paint touch up areas, rock chips etc.
4)full interior detail and dress leather (505 aerospace or conditioner)

BTW, for your starter problem, these denso starters are pretty easy to rebuild. If you got the time, you can try getting one of these plunger and contacts kits off ebay, make sure you double check to get the right kit tho.
It's not oem but quality seems decent, heck if it works and for the price why not?

Here's the video on how to rebuild it.

Oem is going to run about $216 for the part. Not horribly overpriced.

Don't flush tranny fluid. Just drain and refill.
