I am in need of front and rear brake pads. I've found a few site with good prices but after trying to order from a couple of them I find they overcharge you on shipping and handling.

So what's a good honest source for OEM parts?

Is there a reason to buy OEM brake pads? I heard there are better aftermarket pads out there that exceed OEM quality (better than OEM) and cost less. To name a few, Hawk HPS (brakes better than OEM with less dust) or Hawk OES (similar to OEM with less dust). There are more brands out there though.

Yea, I noticed and abundance of after market brands out there but I thought OEM was the best.

A lot of folks on here swear by Sewell Lexus. I find their prices to be quite reasonable, but their shipping is ridiculous! You get a 40% discount or something being a Club Lexus member, but the jacked up shipping costs make the prices about the same as going to my local dealer...
