Default Complete Vacuum/coolant hose replacement

I have my 96 ES disassembled down as far as the intake plenum removed. Since i have it down this far and will be replacing the central coolant hose in the valley below the plenum, i would like to replace all vacuum lines under hood. Anyone ever attempt this? If so what sizes and are the common ones and how many feet would i need? Or is this something one would do only if you have performance issues?
