Default Coolant hose under intake

Hi guys I have a 1994 lexus es300. I just replaced my spark plugs without removing the manifold and now I noticed that there was a coolant leak under the manifold mainly on the driver side. Is there any other coolant hose line other than central coolant hose?

Depends on what you mean by "under the manifold". The bypass hose under the intake manifold is a common leak point on these engines see here 16261G in the diagram part # 16261-20010

I found the leak it's on #13 on the diagram below.

Is this repairable or do I need to replace the whole thing?

That hose is for the hydraulic fan motor (driven by the power steering pump) so you don't have a coolant leak?

upon further inspection. You are right this is the one that’s leaking. Is there an easier way to replace this hose without taking out the intake manifold?

No the plenum and intake have to be removed. While you're doing the job replace the knock sensor harness they commonly go bad part # 82219-33020

Excellent advice to replace the knock sensor harness while the intake is removed.
