Just past 60000 miles and the warning lights went on. I'm new here and need help in how to proceed. What should I do?

I think it's obvious you don't have a code reader. Take it to a local Autozone, Advance/O'Reilly auto parts store and they can pull OBD codes. If it's something other then that you'll have to take it to a well equipped shop or to the dealer and pay to get the codes. Without them you won't get far.

Well, if it is anything like our 2003 Sienna van, its a faulty ECU. There was a TSB on it, and it was suppose to be fixed by Toyota, but ours was past the date to get it fixed. So I just had to pull the EFI fuse to reset the codes when it happened. I dont know if it is the same, but I know they use the same motor etc. Just my 2 cents!!!!

Went to garage as I don't have tool to pull codes. Mechanic cleared codes, and we drove car for a couple hundred miles and have not had them reappear. So we are hopeful that it was a false alarm

He didn't give me the codes but needed to clear them to pass state inspection, or so he said. there was no other issues with inspection so I just paid the regular inspection fee
