I'm pretty sure they can function as daytime runners; I've seen lots of BMWs and other modded cars with them. IMO they look excellent, and I made a thread a while ago about installing Halos on my '01 ES300. . .the only reason I decided to go HID was because the guys at TRS (http://www.theretrofitsource.com/) were absolutely AWESOME at explaining everything to me about HIDs. . .I'm personally going to go HID for this lexus. I plan on getting an SC later on down the road, and I'm definetly going halo all the way for that one
Check out TRS though. . .if you want I'll even paste the emails I sent to them with the questions I had. The responses they sent back were so detailed and personal!!! I know that might not sound like much, but it's a huge deal to me. . .that's how you satisfy a customer!!!
