Default Odd Issue with RPM's

Hey All,
So curious issue on my 2ES. When its sitting in park, idling if you turn the wheel the RPM's jump about 400RPM and then settles back down to idle. Is this normal? If not, where should I start looking for an issue?

I think its normal, I can replicate this on my 2ES and 3ES, I believe it the source of the rpm drop is caused by the power steering of the car.

Yeah that happens to just about every car every once in a while. Don't think it should happen ALL the time though. I was detailing a newer Range Rover and it started up horribly, but then went to idle.
