Default Another Bad Idle Issue

Ok I am just about fed up with this car. Within the last month it has been idleing very erratic and hard starting. The problem comes and goes. heres the story. Upon initial cold start up it will fast idle fairly normal, but sounds like it has a lumpy cam in it. As it warms up it will hunt for normal idle speed. Idle will go up to about 1000 rpm and down to 100 rpm until it finally sits still at around 750 in Nuetral or park. Once in drive it will sometimes idle fine and sometimes it will hunt for an idle position. It seems to drive ok at speed but every once in awhile at staedy rpm on the freeway it will hicup. Just enough to notice. Two days ago when leaving work it was idleing rough and when I came to a stop before entering the street from the parking lot it died. Cranked it over and it tried to start and died again. Started it up a third time and idled bad, hunting for a position. I was pissed. So I floored it out of the parking lot and it idled and drove perfect all the way home which is about 35 miles from work. Ok enough ranting.

So we have erratic/rough idle, slight hesitation under steady throttle, and hard starting when cold.

Please anyone. help me fix this damn thing!

Oh, forgot to mention. I have no CEL on, I have checked and cleaned the IACV, TPS works fine, EGR works and I have checked and replaced bad vacuum lines. Now for a twist. Maybe its just a coincidence but once I got the car I was using 87 in it which I soon after found out that I should be running 91. So next tank I filled up at Chevron with 91. Soon after I started having these problems. That tank finally runs out and I fill up with Circle K 91. Car runs great through the whole tank. I fill up again with Circle K 91. Car runs great. Next time I fill up, I use Chevron 91 and car starts running like poo again. Could there be something to this?

Did you go through the TPS adjustment procedure? Also I'd check your CTS voltage.

Having the same issues stated in the first post except my car has never stalled. Anyone have a solution for this?
