Do the 98 es300 have them?

My 98 did not have one but I put one in last year. The housing is there but there was no cabin filter in place.

i just got in there and i pull the rug back... i opened the door... and i pulled out one filter... but when i was looking for the lil *** to pull down the other one i couldnt find anything... is it that im missing it or is there just one filter in there?
