Gave Up on Gen 2, Bought a 2017
I gave up on Lexus launching a Gen 2 CT. With car sales tanking as people switch to crossovers, I figure Lexus will give us the UX only. As we wanted to replace our 2013 CT, we bought a 2017 F Sport Series 2. I was surprised to find the 2017 a little more quiet and of course the head up display is a great change. The best "newness" for me though is the Atomic Silver colour (I have loved that colour ever since I first saw it). The black roof/ mirrors look good too. So, sad that there isn't a Gen 2, but very happy with our new CT.

Lucky bastard, can't wait to see the HUD.
Congrats, I'm sure that thing is a beauty. Post pictures when you can, would love to see various angles and of the interior as well if possible.

Here's some pics (winter wheels and tires though). And some sad news. I was at the Canadian International Car Show in Toronto yesterday and there wasn't a CT in the Lexus display anywhere!

Congratulations on getting a 2017 CT 200h! Looks great and love the F Sport and full LED headlight setup. I also wish that Lexus would continue with the 2CT and also to expand it but it appears that it won't happen. We do know that Lexus will bring the UX suv in the near future...

Personally I think Lexus should keep the CT and expand the 2CT to include:
CT 200t (4 cylinder turbo used in the IS 200t and RC 200t)
CT 200h or CT 250h
CT 300h
I would like the 2CT to increase it's length by an inch and increase it's width by an inch, include cupholders in the back seat and more refinement and luxury.
Lexus please do not discontinue the CT line...
