2002 sc430 with run flats

I'm thinking of going with the PORTOFINO's for my IS350. My car is lowered w/
Tanabe NF210 (drop = f 0.8, r 1.0)


based on sizes from the chart... I'll have to go with:

f 19x8.5 +38
r 19x9.5 +43
