Local places to source OEM LSD? Junk yards/shops??

I'm looking for an OEM IS300 LSD and hoping to find one locally. I'm relatively new to LA so I'm not sure where I should check. Tried a couple of junk yards with no luck. Anybody have any ideas where I might source one around here??

try using www.car-part.net

Other than that it's just getting lucky.
