the process shouldn't take more than one day. however, depending on how many/few vehicles are already at the dealership waiting for recall repairs, the wait may be up to a week - more if your dealership is swamped.
consider calling and asking them how long the wait will be... or you can be pleasantly surprised (or shocked) at how long your car will remain at the dealership while waiting in the repair queue.

At our store we have an average of 120 cars per day come in to our service department, our ALEs take a max of two days.
I would definitely call and see what your dealership's turn around time is for the campaign.
