Has anyone had work performed at this dealer? I have had it with Woodfeild and am on the pursuit to find a new dealer...

Ahad...as I have told you before...this is the only dealership I would take my car to...the GS300 and the SC430 are both taken here...the people are nice and the work is quailty...the service writter I go to is a guy by the name of Ruffus (think that is how you spell it)...he will bend over backwards for you....as will the dealership...I recomond everyone to this Lexus dealership...

well if you can get out to the city, i would recommend McGrath. they have done all the service on my 2 cars and they are always great about getting things done on time. John takes care of me over there. I would recommend you call first cause they are a busy shop. and you can golf while you wait(putting green).

That would be Rufus Pearson. Great guy. If he knocks down the price on the service/parts, I usually get him a steak dinner. Woodfield Lexus PLAIN STINKS when compared to the guys over at Arlington.

I have been there ( Mcgrath) for other things and have been really happy with service and such. Not sure on shop work though because i have never needed anything done to my car..
