True but the Ecoboost V6 is a nice setup. It's the only choice for the Ford GT which is a shame I think the previous ones went up more in value now than they already were because they had V8's. Yup $400K and Ford chooses the buyers you can't just buy one even if you had the old one, lots of people got turned down regardless if they had the money to buy them. They want to make sure that people don't turn them into Garage queens.

I am not surprised at all by this news. I own a 2012 V6 Mustang. It is thirsty as hell.
I hope the electronics in the new Mustangs are more robust than mine. Here is a list of everything broken on my little pony at this time:
heater
Sync
stereo
Bluetooth phone connection
trunk sensor
Driver side seat adjustment motors
Everyone who has ever sat in my car swears they will never but a Ford

^^^ Isn't your 3.7L V6 rated at 19/31? That's not too shabby for 305hp/280lbft and 6-speed. What kind of city/hw % do you do? Which fuel octane?
I know that 2010 Mustang 4.0 'Cologne' V6 was a SOB. My '03 Explorer had the same engine. I also had a 2004 Mustang with the pushrod 3.8L V6 that would usually do a constant 18mpg no matter how I drove it.
