Default Odd Headlights

I've been seeing Porsche's on the road with the DRLs and I guess I haven't noticed them until recently. Their DRL's have 4 points of illumination and during the day it looks like this to me. I guess I'm looking at the negative space, but it's becoming something that I've really begun to not like.

Any other weird lighting patterns or illumination patterns on other vehicles?

Everyone's trying to come up with their own unique signature lighting. Audi kind of started it all in the R8 and then now their whole line up.

All sorts of LED light pipe designs and swooshes etc. Not only in the headlamps, but also in the taillamps. Mercedes does some good ones as well.

Even Nissan is trying with their "boomerang" lighting elements on the new Rogue, Murano, Maxima, etc.
