Read the back and forth with myself and mmarshall after that. Some manufacturers bottomed out before Toyota/Honda with GM and the Koreans being those named. Hyundai/Kia have had a tremendous upswing over the last few generations and hopefully that will spur everyone else to step up their games as well

The problem is the same what the world is facing regarding using the USD as the global currency. There are millions vested in their investment. Nobody in their right sense is going to devalue their own investments (ie resale value).
