Good to hear you are still enjoying it! BTW, I never got around to trying out that 3M protective spray. Long story short, the CX-5 that we were going to get was geting driven by the dealer's GM and had 6k miles on it We ended up getting it when we got out to NJ. MPG is similar to what you're getting, 27.8MPG average with an 80/20 highway/city average.

We never actually ordered it since there was one that matched all of our wants (well until the GM drove the heck out of it). There was a lot more availability out in NJ so it was about a week's wait while they brought it over from another dealer. All in all, still got the car we wanted ) Haven't taken pics yet but will post some when I do

Everyone told me I didn't need the AWD living in GA, but it's never rained as much as it has this summer and the extra stability and security of AWD in pouring, torrential rain is like a black and white difference. The car does not skid, swerve, twitch...nothing. I now see why AWD is one of the most popular options in the marketplace, and I'm not sure I'd ever want another DD without it. Whether standing water, pouring rain, mud or gravel and sand, the Rav4 has handled everything in stride so far.
Favorite feature: AWD
Electric self-starting.
Electronic fuel-injection.
Rack-and-pinion steering.
Clearcoat paint.
Disc brakes.
Electronic breakerless ignition.
Radial tires.
Electrically-operated windshield wipers/washers.
Air conditioning.
Automatic transmissions.

congrats and thanks for the excellent review(s) - fwded to my wife, she is thinking about a small ute.
Looks like the pricing for the CX-5 and the RAV4 --at least MSRP is pretty comparable? I would think Mazda would be more willing to deal??? May I ask approx how much off MSRP you recvd?
